Suspended Ceilings:
Cost effective face lift for existing mineral fibre and metal
pan ceiling tiles. Large areas can be completed with the minimum
of fuss, maintaining the ceilings look and acoustic qualities
saving the need for expensive, time consuming and disruptive
replacement.
Soffits:
More and more retail spaces are being stripped out and left
as a shell to provide the consumer with an even greater shopping
experience. We are able to spray out the underside of the existing
roof decks and undersides of new mezzanine floors using the
latest paint products. This allows these vast spaces to remain
bright,functional and inviting as well as being very low maintenance
and providing the consumer with the ultimate in shopping experience.
Shopfronts and Curtain Walling:
The replacement or overhaul of shopfrontages during corporate
rebadging can be extremely costly and disruptive. We can provide
our clients with a quick and easy fix. A complete colour change
can be applied to the existing substrate giving the appearance
of a factory finish product. We use the Cromadex Extra Life
System which maintains its adhesion and appearance for up to
10 years.
Cladding: (Plastisol & PVF2)
In our ever changing environment we are finding that it is taking
its toll on Industrial & Retail units built 10 to 15 years
ago. The external appearance of these units are now dull and
life less and do not portray the right corporate image. We can
provide solutions in regenerating the externals of these units
by means of adding colour and protection continuing the life
of the building. Using products accredited by the British steel
industry we maintain the standard of their products.
Lift Doors & Radiator Casings:
Using conventional spraying methods we can apply cost effective
paint treatments to the externals of lift doors and radiator
casings, brightening up often dull, well used items into feature
pieces of office equipment. Our treatments are quick and fuss
free and are often completed over night offering the client
the means to continue working while the works are carried out.
Fire Protection:
With ever changing Fire Regulations being placed on architects
when designing new structures. We can provide expert fire protection
systems to newly erected steelwork using products from Nullifire,
Bolloms & International. These coating systems provide the
substrate with the specified thickness to achieve the specified
fire rating and can be over coated in full BS & RAL colours
in a variety of waterbased finishes. |
